add the option to change colours without changing font size or font face

I already have my editor set up how I like in terms of font face, font size and line spacing, so I just want to add syntax highlighting without changing the other custom HTML I have set. Is this possible?

Is it possible to automatically highlight code? Example, every time TinyMCE HTML view is opened.

It's awesome that this works almost anywhere there's a textarea/text element, but can you provide a setting to automatically apply syntax highlighting? It's kind of annoying to have to use the contextual menu to select the language every time.
Response from the site administrator
codehighlight, 08.02.2017
Please check the latest version 1.3.0 of the extension. We've improved TinyMCE integration and added an ability to save the current code editor settings for the plain editors.
PS. Looking forward to get your feedback and 5 star rating in Chrome Web Store.

Extension works not ideally in plain text editor in Wordpress

for example in Theme Editor. Before enabling syntax highlight: http://joxi.ru/bmooX7lfxl4Pym, after: http://joxi.ru/J2beQLwCXM6z0m.
